Fritz LittleLTC (R) Fritz Little started his CA career at ARCENT where for 3 years he traveled throughout the Central Asian Republics, conducting a variety of Mil-to-Mil and Civil- Military Engagements. In the initial planning and preparation for Operation Enduring Freedom, He participated in the basing talks throughout Central Asia and the planning for the Joint Civil Military Operations Task Force (JCMOTF). He then deployed for 20 months, establishing the Coalition Humanitarian Liaison Cell in Dushanbe, Tajikistan, helping to establish the JCMOTF in Kabul, Afghanistan, Conducting CMO in support of the US Airbase in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, and serving as a C9 Operations officer for the Coalition Forces Land Component Command (CFLCC) in Kuwait and Iraq.

Barry GaertnerCOL (R) Barry Gaertner is a 1987 graduate of the United States Military Academy with over 28 years of service, the last 20 as a Civil Affairs officer. After serving for eight years as an Infantry officer and company commander, he began his CA career in the 96th CA Battalion (A) as a CA Team Leader, EUCOM Theater Liaison Officer and Delta Company Commander. As Company Commander, Colonel (R ) Gaertner deployed his company to Kosovo in support of Task Force Falcon and Operation Joint Guardian.
